Terroir: plot located in ” Paradis” just bellow the Pfingstberg Grand Cru.

Vinification: manual harvest of grapes early in the morning to ensure an aromatic range. Pressing with full grapes. Juice selection by only keeping heart of press. Settling and fermentation with natural yeast for 1 month. Aging on lees for 3 months.

Tasting: a Crémant with small red fruits aromas such as currant and raspberries. A fresh palate, finely acid bubbles.

Pairings: it is perfect as an aperitif and with desserts, can ideally be associated with all plates.

Ageing: consume within 2 years.

Bottled at the property in March 2022 and disgorged in October 2023
