Vinification: manual harvest of the ripened grapes early in the morning to ensure full aromatic range. Long pressing, settling and fermentation with natural yeast for 1 month. Aging on lees for 6 months.

Tasting: an elegant gold-coloured medium-bodied wine with generous notes of exotic fruits and rose.

Pairings: this Gewurztraminer is the ideal accompagniment to Asian and exotic dishes as well as with full-bodied cheeses.

Ageing: wine with long ageing potential.
