Serve between 8 and 10°C
Terroir: plot located on the Pfingstberg (or Pentecost hill), between 275 m and 370 m altitude on medium slopes with South-East exposure. find out more
Vinification: manual harvest of ripened grapes early in the morning to ensure an aromatic range. Long pressing, settling and fermentation with natural yeast for 1 month. Aging on lees for 6 months.
Tasting: a richly concentrated and voluptuous gold coloured wine with notes of truffle and mango. A fresh palate with a citrus peel finish.
Pairings: this Gewurztraminer can ideally be associated with Asiatic and Exotic food plates as well as with full-bodied cheeses. It is a perfect as an aperitif and with desserts.
Ageing: wine with long ageing potential.
